curve % is estimated from market cap against the graduation mark, not read from the curve itself. a dash means dexscreener has nothing for that contract, which usually means nothing has traded. numbers come from a third party and can lag.

listed means a coin i am actively building and marketing for. that takes a room, a bot and my attention, and the group votes on which ones get it. right now that is one coin.
new means it launched and the room hasn't voted yet. it goes to listed or to the bin after that.
the bin does not mean rugged and it does not mean gone. every token still exists on chain and you can still trade it. it means i am not building for it anymore. some have sites and rooms that still work. i'd rather say that plainly than leave ten things on a page pretending they're active.

how i launch now

these replaced the old protocol on september 19, 2026. if i break one of these, screenshot it and post it.

  1. i launch when a character is ready. not on a schedule, not because a chart looks good, and not because somebody asked me to.
  2. the contract lands in the fairlunch calls channel first, before x and before anywhere else. there is never a date given in advance, so nobody gets in early. the most you'll see ahead of time is "character's in progress" and the occasional sneak peek at the art or the stickers. if it isn't posted in the channel, it isn't live.
  3. the wallet i buy from is posted in that same channel right after the contract. i buy off the open chart at whatever price everyone else is paying.
  4. no presale. no team allocation. no creator allocation. no bundles, no volume bots, no fake buyers.
  5. creator fees stay on for every coin i launch. that is what pays for the art, the domains and the sites, and i'd rather say so than pretend this runs on air.
  6. no paid calls, ever. nobody is paid to mention my coins, and i am not paid to mention anyone else's.
  7. not every coin gets a telegram room or a bot. those get built when the group votes for them. everything else ships as a character, the art and a page, and that's it.
  8. one name, one token. if something comes back it gets declared here and the old contract is marked retired.
  9. every coin i have ever launched stays on this page — the dead ones, the abandoned ones, and the ones i created twice by accident.
“launch” means the moment the contract is posted and anyone can buy. a character can exist for weeks before that — a name, the art, a sneak peek at the stickers. none of that is a launch. until the contract is in the channel there is nothing to buy, and nothing to snipe.

what changed

the old rules are gone, but not quietly. here is what they used to say and why they don't say it anymore.

the hundred-person rule is gone.
the old version said nothing would launch until the room had about a hundred real people in it. i broke that rule the first time it was inconvenient. rather than keep a rule i don't follow, i launch when the work is finished.
wallets move to the launch post.
the old version promised every wallet i hold would live on this page. that list would grow until nobody reads it. now the buying wallet goes up with each launch, in the channel, at the moment it happens. the creator wallets stay listed below permanently.
“listed” stopped meaning “alive.”
it used to mean the token still traded. it now means a coin i am actively building and marketing for. by that definition exactly one qualifies, so exactly one is listed.
market caps came off, then came back live.
they came off because i was typing them in by hand and they were wrong within a day. the board below now pulls them from dexscreener on its own, zeros included. i don't touch the numbers.
“never sold” came off the snp wallet.
this page used to say the snp wallet held a little of each index coin and had never sold. in september i sold my snp and gas at a small loss. the wallet note below says what it holds now.
